The design of the project responds to contemporary approach to a classic Athenian Building and the will to preserve its inherited elegance. The aim was to give new life to what already existed by improving and taking advantage of all the parts that make up the element in question.
In doing so, reducing waste and minimizing cost required a surgeon-like approach, first investigating the existing structure to remove the unnecessary parts only while keeping any new additions to the minimum.
The apartment has not only been upgraded aesthetically but has also been functionally advanced with high quality smart appliances.
